Itinerary
Day 1: HANOI ARRIVAL – CITY TOUR WITH WATER PUPPET SHOW
- Upon arrival, picked up and transferred to check in your hotel. Rest of the day will be at your leisure.
- Afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature first which is considered as the first university of Vietnam.
- Later, we have an overall view of the capital by cyclo in 1 hour, which wanders around the Old Quarter of Hanoi and the Hoan Kiem Lake (the “Sword” Lake). From here wandering on the narrow streets of the Old Quarter to experience the daily life of the local people
- Evening highlight will be the Water Puppet Show.
- Overnight in Hanoi..
Day 2: HANOI - TAM COC – HOA LU – NINH BINH
- Breakfast at hotel
- Morning, a 90km driving south of Hanoi will lead you to Ninh Binh, the site of the one capital city of ancient Vietnam.
- The visit in Ninh Binh starts by a boat trip in Tam Coc .
- Afternoon, further discovery in Ninh Binh will be continued by visiting Bich Dong pagoda.
- Then visit Hoa Lu,
- Late afternoon, drive back to Hanoi.
- Overnight in Hanoi
Day 3: HANOI - HALONG BAY - OVERNIGHT ON CRUISE
- Breakfast at hotel and check out
- Morning, we will drive to Halong and visit one of the earliest World Heritages Sited designated by UNESCO for Vietnam in 1994.
- Upon arrival in Halong
- Check in the overnight cruise
- Attend activities on the boat or relax at your own leisure.
- Overnight on the cruise.
Day 4: HALONG – HANOI – EVENING FLIGHT TO HUE
- The dawn on the sea in the early morning.
- After breakfast, our boat will continue to cruise in marvelous areas, where almost each islet has its own name, adopting its shape or reminiscent like Sail Island, Fisherman’s head rock, Butterfly rock or Turtle islet etc
- Check out your room and have brunch on board while the cruise comes back the pier, disembark the cruise and drive with driver only (no guide) back to Hanoi
- Heading to the airport for your flight to Hue (air tickets quoted separately).
- Upon arrival, picked up and transferred to your hotel and check in.
- Overnight in Hue.
Day 5: HUE CITY TOUR
- Breakfast at hotel
- Being recognized by UNESCO as the 1st Cultural World Heritage for Vietnam, Hue is highlighted by the old royal architectural works and the most traditional Vietnamese lifestyle. This morning, we will discover the charm of the city from the Royal Citadel, Forbidden City, Hue Royal Museum.
- Afternoon visit the Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, Tomb of Emperor Khai Dinh,
- Lastly, transfer to the wharf and get on a boat for a trip on the beautiful and serene Perfume River
- visit the Thien Mu Pagoda, situated on Ha Khe hill,
- .Overnight in Hue.
Day 6: HUE – DRIVE TO DANANG - CITY TOUR – DRIVE TO HOIAN – ANCIENT TOWN TOUR – DANANG (B)
- Breakfast at hotel and check out
- Transfer to Danang
- Stop to visit the Marble Mountain (climb up).
- Go on to Hoian and have a walking tour of Hoian ancient town also visit: Japanese Covered Bridge Pagoda, Sa Huynh Museum, Tran Family Chapel, Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall, Duc An old house.
- Back to Danang and check in your hotel.
- Overnight in Danang
Day 7: DANANG – BA NA HILLS WITH THE GOLDEN BRIDGE
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Morning transfer to Ba Na Hills for discover this beautiful attraction in Da Nang city. You will take a cable car to the summit of mountain
- Funicular, Debay ancient wine cellar & Le Jardin D’Amour, Linh Ung pagoda, Thich Ca Buddist statue, etc.
- This afternoon you continue to join activities and games in Fantasy Park. Later walk to the summit of the mountain at the height 1487m – the highest one of Ba Na Mountain, visit Bell Tower, Nghinh Phong tower and Golden Bridge
- Late afternoon, back to your hotel.
- Overnight in Danang
Day 8: DANANG FREE AND EASY DAY
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Day at leisure.
- Overnight in Danang.
Day 9: DANANG – MORNING FLIGHT TO HO CHI MINH - CITY TOUR
- Breakfast at hotel and check out
- Transfer to the airport
- Upon arrival, picked up and transferred to your hotel.
- Afternoon, we start the city tour
- Overnight in Saigon.
Day 10: HO CHI MINH – MEKONG DELTA (MY THO) – HO CHI MINH
- Breakfast at hotel
- Morning, head to My Tho, Stop en route to visit Vinh Trang pagoda
- Upon arrival in My Tho, embark on the boat cruising on the mighty Mekong River
- We stop to visit an island in the area, enjoy the fresh tropical fruits served in the heart of the lush garden accompanied by traditional southern Vietnamese folk music.
- Later, embark on other small boats rowed by the local people thru the small canals shadowed by water coconut trees to visit the local factories.
- From here, drive to Can Tho, check in your hotel.
- Overnight in Can Tho.
Day 11: HO CHI MINH – CU CHI TUNNELS – AFTERNOON AT LEISURE
- Breakfast at hotel
- Morning, visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels,.
- Afternoon at leisure.
- Overnight in Ho Chi Minh
Day 12: HO CHI MINH DEPARTURE
- Breakfast at hotel and check out
- Free until transfer with driver only (no guide) to the airport for your flight back home
