Itinerary
Day 1: JOHANNESBURG – ARRIVAL
Arrive into Johannesburg & head to your hotel via a Private Transfer. Rest of the day at leisure to explore & view this historic city at your own pace.

Day 2: JOHANNESBURG – Hop on Hop Off
Today you get to explore the town of Johannesburg at your own pace & leisure by a Hop On Hop Off Bus Route.
Hop on our Johannesburg Red Tour at our main departure point in Rosebank and explore the leafy suburbs of Joburg, stopping at all the top attractions along the way, including Melrose Arch and Mandela Foundation before reaching Constitution Hill. From here the Red Tour continues via the inner city to the Mining District, Apartheid Museum and Gold Reef City Theme Park. The next stops are at Newtown, The Playground, Johannesburg Zoo and the Military Museum before heading back to Rosebank. You’ll soon see why Joburg is not only considered Africa’s economic playground but also one of the most wooded cities in the world.

Day 3: JOHANNESBURG – SUN CITY
Post breakfast by approx. 7am, depart for Sun City. Eroute stop at one of the Lion Encounter Lodges, for a Walk with the Lions or Animal Interaction.
Then proceed to Sun City. Enjoy a day of leisure at Sun City, exploring the Valley of Waves or your luck at the Casinos.
Overnight Stay in Sun City

Day 4: SUN CITY
Day at leisure at Sun City. Enjoy your day exploring the various thrilling rides at Sun City or just enjoy the Casinos & thrill of winning.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
1. Game drive in Pilanesberg National Park for a Half-Day.
2. Hot Air Balloon flight
Overnight Stay in Sun City. Lunch & Dinner on your own account.
Day 5: SUN CITY – MABULA
Post breakfast, depart for Mabula. Set against a backdrop of lush green mountainous vegetation, Mabula Game Lodge is set in one of South Africa’s finest private game reserves.
Lunch, Dinner & Game Drive. Overnight Stay at Mabula
Includes: Private Transfer from Sun City to Mabula.
Day 6: MABULA
Morning & Afternoon Game Drive with all meals & Overnight stay in Mabula
OPTIONAL – Mabula Game Lodge is a veritable hive of activities offering such bush experiences as horseback safaris, quad bike safaris, and guided bush walks.
Keen birders will enjoy the regular birding safaris or walks, spotting such species as the Amur Falcon, Lilac-breasted Roller, and Red-crested Korhaan, while guided bush walks provide the perfect setting in which to follow animal tracks, identify plants and insects and spot some of the area’s most beautiful birdlife.
Picnic breakfasts or afternoon bush barbecues including safari drives can be arranged, as well as dam picnics and the Madjuma Experience that takes visitors into the lion section of Mabula Game Reserve at night to see these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat, and perhaps even witness a hunt. This is a 1.5-hour drive. Learn all about the common constellations in our night sky and the myths and legends surrounding them through your Ranger.

Day 7: DEPARTURE
Morning Game Drive at Dawn and then Breakfast. Freshen up & check out from your lodge for your departure to the Airport for your flight back home.
