Day 1: Guwahati – Manas National Park (150 km / 5 hrs)
Itinerary
Day 01: NJP Rly Station / IXB Airport – Phuentsholing
- Arrival at Guwahati Airport / Railway Station
- Transfer to Manas National Park (UNESCO World Heritage Site & Tiger Reserve)
- Check-in to hotel/resort
- Explore the surrounding area at leisure
- Overnight stay at Manas
Day 2: Manas National Park – Elephant & Jeep Safari
- Early morning Elephant Safari (subject to availability)
- Return to hotel for breakfast
- Later, enjoy a Jeep Safari from Bansbari to Mathanguri Range
- Afternoon: Leisure time or Nature Walk around the park
- Overnight stay at Manas
- Note: Best time for safari is November to April. Partial access in May & October. Park is closed June to September.
Day 3: Manas – Nameri National Park (270 km / 7 hrs)
- After breakfast, drive to Nameri National Park
- Located on the banks of Jia Bhoralli River in the Himalayan foothills
- Check-in at resort/hotel
- Evening at leisure (bonfire and cultural dances on request)
- Overnight stay at Nameri
Day 4: Nameri – River Rafting & Forest Trail
- Morning: River rafting on Jia Bhoralli River (2-hour ride)
- Spot migratory birds, elephants, or even tigers
- Afternoon: Guided nature trail with forest guards
- Great chance to spot white-winged wood ducks and great hornbill
- Overnight stay at Nameri
Day 5: Nameri – Kaziranga National Park (90 km / 3 hrs)
- Optional: Early morning forest trek near Nameri
- After breakfast, depart for Kaziranga National Park
- Home of the famous One-Horned Rhinoceros
- Check-in at hotel/resort
- Evening free
- Overnight stay at Kaziranga
Day 6: Kaziranga National Park – Elephant & Jeep Safari
- Early morning Elephant Safari in one zone
- Species seen: Rhino, Swamp Deer, Hog Deer, Wild Buffalo, Elephants, Tigers (rare), and birds
- Return to resort for breakfast
- Afternoon Jeep Safari through another zone of the park
- Visit Kaziranga Orchid Park
- Overnight stay at Kaziranga
- Note: Elephant rides & jeep safaris are controlled by Forest Department and subject to availability only.
Day 7: Kaziranga – Guwahati (220 km / 5 hrs)
- After breakfast, drive to Guwahati
- En route, visit Maha Mrityunjay Temple at Nagaon
- Check-in at hotel in Guwahati
- Evening: Optional Brahmaputra Sunset Cruise (Direct payment)
- Overnight stay at Guwahati
Day 8: Guwahati – Departure
- Visit Kamakhya Temple (timings: 8 AM–1 PM & 3 PM–evening)
- Transfer to Guwahati Airport / Railway Station for onward journey
